• GNED 1302: Building Communities in a Changing World
• GNED 1303: Conflict and the Social Context
• GNED 2303: Peacebuilding Foundations and Practices

The department delivers the General Education component across all Mount Royal’s baccalaureate degrees, organized into thematic clusters. Courses in the Community & Society cluster explore social life from local to global levels, emphasizing understanding and action as citizens. Instructors are expected to provide content relevant to their expertise within these shells.

Qualifications
