Wolseley Canada is hiring a Counter Sales Associate at our Edmonton location to deliver exceptional sales and service to customers in a wholesale environment. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and help fulfill orders while building lasting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has wholesale or distribution sales experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of HVAC or Plumbing products. Full-time permanent position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Wholesale or distribution sales or customer service experience required.
• Local market knowledge with HVAC or Plumbing will be an asset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers and provide product knowledge.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or by email.
• Prepare small order quotations on urgent contracting jobs.
• Research products in catalogs and online to assist customers.
• Verify item availability and schedule orders.
• Build positive relationships with customers and associates.
• Maintain stock of the counter area and assist in the warehouse if needed.
