THE ROLE
In HR, we are trusted advisors. We are excited to add a teammate that is dynamic. As the HR Coordinator, you will provide support to the VP of Human Resources and the HR functions within all departments at Lloyd Sadd. This role will be responsible for all general human resources duties and general administration and will provide an outstanding level of service to our internal and external clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our HR Coordinator will support a broad range of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, data integrity, and general HR administration. They will be a trusted advisor and influencer within the organization and will provide guidance as well as direction regarding the interpretation, administration, and execution of human resources programs.
