Clinic Support Office (West Edmonton)

Job Type:

Full-Time hybrid (2 days in office, 3 from home)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM; occasional evenings and weekends may be required

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, the Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative HR support for daily operations and organizational initiatives.

Principal Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment: Assist in creating job descriptions, postings, screening candidates, supporting interviews, conducting background checks, and onboarding new hires.
  2. Administrative: Manage HR processes including data entry, document review, employee files, HRIS updates, and preparing HR documents. Support benefits administration, HR projects, and LMS support.
  3. Reporting: Generate reports for training initiatives, audit HR records, and support data entry and reporting tasks.
  4. Customer Service: Serve as the first HR contact for employees and represent the HR team in daily interactions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Formal education in human resources or equivalent experience
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management
  • Effective communication, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
Context and Environment:
