HR Coordinator (Part-Time 3-month term)
We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our amazing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional who is ready to catapult their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
The focus of the HR Coordinator role will be to:
• Drafting offer letters
• Onboarding support
• Assist in the creation of client policies, handbooks, and other documents utilizing our internal template library, as required (Examples may include employee verification letters, overtime agreements, time and leave policies, professional development programs, etc.)
• Work on additional projects to gain experience in other areas of HR under the mentorship of our team of HR professionals (Examples may include compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, etc.)
• Other HR administrative tasks, as required
• Perform the full cycle recruitment process for various clients, including but not limited to, the following: • Drafting job descriptions and postings
• Screening resumes
• Phone screening candidates
• Writing up candidate profiles for presentation to hiring managers
• Participating in interviews with various hiring managers
• Reference checks
The Ideal Candidate
The person we are looking for is an energetic individual who possesses the following:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Phenomenal attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and in a team envirment
• Willingness to give and receive feedback
• Strong ability to learn new technology and systems
The Minimum Qualifications
• Human Resources Management education (Certificate, Diploma, or a Bachelor of Commerce Degree)
• 2-4 years experience in Human Resources Management
• Interest in pursuing a CPHR designation would be considered an asset
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Access to reliable transportation to travel from site to site, as necessary

Work Hours
This is a temporary 3-month term position with the possibility of moving to permanent. This role requires a minimum of 21.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
