As a Power Platform Consultant, you will design, develop, and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will work with clients and project teams to create innovative business applications that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations. Responsibilities / Skills and experience
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Copilot agents.
  • Create automated workflows and processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design and develop semantic models, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions, implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
  • Train and support end-users on Power Platform applications and tools, fostering a culture of self-service analytics and automation.
What you’ll do

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Consultant to join our dynamic digital transformation team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform—primarily Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact applications and automated workflows that drive business efficiency.

About you / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of developed applications and solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages and Power BI.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agent).
  • Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and database concepts.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and their integration with Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint is required.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
