Qualifications

• Over 3 years of financial/data analysis experience on Infrastructure / Energy Project controlling.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax.
• Must be able to freely access all parts of a construction site in various climates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring accurate financial forecasting.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from budgeted amounts.
• Prepare detailed status reports and executive summaries for JV Partners.
