Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager for our Mont Laurier Construction & Forestry location to develop and grow customer relationships and sales within the defined area. The TM will manage new and used wholegoods, promote rentals, build a sales pipeline, and collaborate with Parts & Service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in field sales or B2B environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships across an assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel as required; valid passport may be needed.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create new accounts and develop existing ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets set by Brandt.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline of opportunities.
• Promote and sell new and used wholegoods; encourage rental activity.
• Understand product features to drive sales success.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and quotations.
