Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager for Val d'Or Construction and Forestry to grow customer relationships, drive sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods, and uncover additional opportunities across Brandt product lines.

The TM will need to understand customer needs, promote Brandt offerings, and report activity daily while traveling within the assigned area. English/French bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or knowledge of heavy equipment is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license and passport required.
• Bilingual English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop new accounts within the defined territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets as set by Brandt.
• Develop a sales pipeline for immediate and future opportunities.
• Promote and sell New and Used Wholegoods.
• Promote rental and rental purchase options.
• Utilize product feature and benefit statements to drive sales.
• Maintain prospecting activity and account development.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Represent Brandt at industry events when required.
• Keep accurate records of activities and quotations.
• Submit weekly lost sales reports to management.
