Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager for the Windsor location to grow customer relationships and drive sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods across Construction and Forestry equipment.

The role requires strong prospecting, relationship-building, and a focus on meeting sales targets. Travel, a valid driver's license, and bilingual ability are assets. Brandt offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop new accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Develop a comprehensive sales pipeline for immediate and future opportunities.
• Promote and sell new and used equipment assigned to the role.
• Encourage rental and rental-purchase of equipment.
• Maintain product knowledge and industry awareness.
• Prospect actively and report sales activity to the manager weekly.
