Qualifications

• 2-5 years of account management or project management experience in related environments
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Exposure to budgeting or financial tracking processes
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead regular client and internal touchpoints and status meetings
• Understand client needs and objectives, align on progress
• Advocate for client needs internally while protecting project scope
• Proactively identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and grow revenue
• Monitor project profitability and track budgets and expenses
