This Position reports to: Production Supervisor

Job Description
  • Production & Assembly: Connect, clamp, and braze wires on motors; use hand tools and follow detailed manufacturing instructions to produce quality, defect‑free products that meet production goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Read and comprehend diagrams, TDRs, and special instructions using Shop Floor Display; understand flex flow and day/rank systems.
  • Teamwork & Flexibility: Cross‑train and assist with tasks like testing, shaping, lacing, and sleeving; support other team functions and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Prioritize safety, report issues, maintain daily housekeeping, and be willing to work overtime and perform other duties as needed.
Education and Experience Needed
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
