A leading company in Brockville is seeking an experienced Property/Condominium Manager to handle daily functions of multi-residential properties and condos. The ideal candidate will manage rental leasing, coordinate maintenance, and respond to tenant complaints, bringing strong organizational and communication skills. Certification is required, but training will be provided where needed.
Our client is seeking an experienced Property/Condominium Manager to become a part of their team, assisting with the daily functions of multi residential single dwellings, duplexes, triplexes, condominium units and apartment buildings. While certification and previous experience is required, some training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for management of privately owned rental properties and condos
· Implement and maintain daily operating policies and procedures
· Coordinate building maintenance, liaison with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
· Over-see rental leasing procedures and evictions
· Respond to Owner/Tenant complaints
· Perform regular property inspections, interior and exterior
· Attend and/or conduct weekly condo board meetings, including evening meetings
Qualifications:
· Post-secondary diploma/degree in related field or equivalent
· Current CMRAO licence required
· 1-3 years experience in property management required, condo management a definite asset
· Ability to understand and analyze financial spreadsheets and accounting programs preferred
· Intermediate experience in MS Office required, QuickBooks preferred
· Daily access to reliable vehicle essential for completing tasks
· Excellent communication, judgment, problem solving, conflict resolution, organizational and time management skills.
