  • Able to handle physical demands, including lifting heavy loads.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and mentoring a hardworking crew, ensuring every project runs smoothly
  • Prepping job sites, including demolition, grading, excavation, and compaction
  • Building and setting up concrete forms to precise specifications
  • Pouring and finishing concrete – forming and finishing skills are a must
  • Operating equipment such as tampers, cut-off saws, and skid steers
  • Collaborating with Project Managers and other teams to get the job done right
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and site plans to execute top-notch work
