Job summary

GardaWorld in Toronto is seeking a Concierge Security Guard who can engage with people, project confidence, and deliver excellent customer service while guarding entrances and guiding visitors in busy office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

This full-time role offers the 1500–2300 schedule, uniform provided, GardaWorld Academy training, and ongoing career growth within our security team.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Perform computer tasks.
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
