GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Windsor, Ontario for full-time and part-time opportunities. You will engage with visitors, manage access, perform patrols, and coordinate with emergency teams to maintain a safe environment in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and reliability, with training provided through GardaWorld Academy and flexible shift options including weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to engage with people in a professional manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with visitors and staff.
• Demonstrated vigilance and attention to safety.
• Authorized to work in Canada and hold a valid security license.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identification; guide and assist as needed.
• Control access to facilities and monitor entry points.
• Basic patrols and monitoring of surroundings for risks.
• Document incidents and coordinate with emergency teams when needed.
• Perform routine computer-related tasks and update reports.

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to engage with people easily and make them feel confident in your ability to help them.

As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Schedule: Sat and SunContinental rotation 12-hour shifts. 12:00-00:00 or 00:00-12:00

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Trucks inbounds and outbounds
• Monitoring rail traffic
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certificatio n required
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
