Job summary

GardaWorld in Cambridge, Ontario is seeking a Concierge Security Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service while leading security staff across shifts in offices, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will supervise guards, coordinate with emergency teams, complete incident reports, and train personnel to uphold GardaWorld standards. A valid security license and first aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Valid security license
• First aid certification
• 1 year security experience
• Management/lead experience in security or equivalent education
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, ID checks, and guiding visitors
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Supervise and support Security Guards during shifts
• Train and evaluate security personnel to ensure high standards
• Assist with scheduling as needed
