GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Hamilton, Ontario. The role emphasizes customer service while ensuring safe access and visitor guidance in offices, hotels, or shopping environments.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 04:00–Noon. Uniforms are provided; a full-time and part-time mix is available, with benefits and GardaWorld Academy education support.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification an asset.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
