We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join the team. This is a 1-year full-time contract based in London, ON.
As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and enhancing the bank’s compliance program, building robust systems for risk assessment, control testing, training, and compliance tracking. You will ensure that internal controls are not only well-designed but effectively tested and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.
By proactively identifying risks, supporting remediation efforts, and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization, this position directly contributes to the bank’s reputation, regulatory standing, and long-term stability.
