Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking a Compliance Administrator for Woodbridge Hyundai in Woodbridge, Ontario. This role focuses on managing vehicle contracts, processing finance/lease deals, and ensuring funding documents are completed and routed to providers.

You will handle deposits, warranty entries in CDK, and other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a similar role, experience with licensing, CDK and One-Eighty, and strong organizational and

• 1+ years experience in a comparable role.
• Experience with licensing, CDK and One-Eighty.
• Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends based on retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle contracts initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists.
• Process finance and lease deals through funding sources to secure approval.
• Ensure funding documents are completed and signed by customers, then sent to funding company for processing.
• Confirm receipt of deposit for sold vehicles.
• Enter warranty purchases to DMS (CDK).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
