Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager for Audi Vaughan in Vaughan, ON. Lead a high-performing sales team, coach brand ambassadors, and ensure an exceptional car-buying experience at a premier dealership.

Ideal candidates bring progressive vehicle retail experience, supervisory skills, OMVIC certification and a strong client-service mindset. Valid Ontario license and clean abstract required; comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in vehicle retail sales.
• Supervisory experience is an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License and a clean driver’s abstract.
• OMVIC Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach the sales team toward targets and goals.
• Coach, mentor and train Brand Ambassadors to assist customers and structure deals.
• Oversee Compliance Administrators to ensure paperwork and funding are processed.
• Follow Pfaff's One Price / One Touch sales process with customers.
• Perform fly-bys with customers to build rapport and handle other duties as required.
