Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners in Newmarket, Ontario, is seeking a Lot Attendant/Porter to maintain the vehicle display, appearance, and lot organization for new and used vehicles. You will greet customers, keep showrooms clean, and assist with deliveries and paperwork as needed.

The role requires basic automotive experience, a valid Ontario license with clean abstract, and the ability to drive a manual transmission. On-site schedule with full-time shifts and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive field.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License and clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers ensuring optimum customer service.
• Ensure showroom cars are cleaned daily and assist with coordinating showroom
• Ensure delivery vehicles are quality control inspected and acceptable.
• Deliver and/or pick up documents from License Bureau as required.
• Check in new vehicles when they arrive by transport and note any damages on Bill of Lading.
• Report all defects and/or damages to Sales Manager immediately.
• Ensure adequate customer parking spaces are available on the lot.
• Maintain the general housekeeping of the lot, showroom and showroom washrooms to company standards.
• Report to Sales Manager and complete other tasks for sales department

You will be responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of the vehicle display, appearance and general organization of all new and/or pre-owned vehicles at the dealership. What You’ll Do:
