Is there any training involved? Yes, volunteers will receive 4 to 8 hours of training covering CareBridge\'s mission, communication best practices, documentation processes, and using relevant tools.
Volunteers will assist with outreach, make calls, follow up with clients and partners, and gain hands-on experience in social services. They will be mentored by staff and supported throughout the role, with flexibility and ongoing guidance.
