Northern Health is seeking a Home Support Attendant to assist clients in their homes with daily living activities and meal preparation, following a care plan.
You will support independence, monitor client well-being, and work as part of a care team in the community. Evening shifts 15:00–23:00 rotate, with emphasis on safety and compassionate care.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, this position provides home support services to clients in accordance with a pre-established care plan. Assists with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, planning and preparing meals while promoting maximum independence. Performs delegated tasks for which delegation of tasks training has been completed. A key component of this job is to ensure the well-being of individuals and families and to promote independent living while in the community.
Evenings, 15:00 to 23:00 (rotating)
