Northern Health in Terrace, BC is seeking a Registered Care Aide to support resident care at Terraceview Lodge. You will perform daily living activities, monitor health indicators, and assist with mobility and comfort as part of the multidisciplinary team.
The role requires current registration with the BC Care Aide Registry and completion of a recognized Nursing Assistant Program, with Day/Night rotating shifts to cover 7:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Registered Care Aide provides resident care in accordance with resident-centred care philosophy and established regional and facility policies and procedures. As part of the multidisciplinary team and under the direction of the Manager or designate, the Registered Care Aide performs nursing procedures such as taking temperature, pulse and respiration in addition to resident care duties relating to activities of daily living, including personal, social, physical and recreational needs. Transports residents and performs clerical duties.
