The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Management Surveyor to join their team. They are open to applications from candidates at different levels of seniority, from Surveyor through to Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and compliance, ensuring properties are run efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets, service charges, and financial reporting.
  • Undertaking regular inspections and resolving issues proactively.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and industry best practice.
  • Supporting wider business initiatives and contributing to process improvements.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience managing commercial property assets is essential.
  • Applications welcomed from candidates at Surveyor through to Associate level.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder engagement.
