About The Role

As a Commercial Property Administrator, you’ll support a diverse portfolio of high-profile properties across BC, working closely with a collaborative team that values precision, accountability, and service. This role is an opportunity to contribute to thoughtfully managed spaces that support the success of our tenants and communities.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with tenants, providing solutions and acting as their first point of contact;
  • Draft communications to tenants such as memos, notices, letters, minutes and manuals;
  • Assist with the collections of tenant arrears, reconciliation of accounts and collection and reporting of Accounts Receivable;
  • Provide administrative support to assigned portfolio, with the preparation reports, data management, and reconciliation of tenant accounts;
  • Assist with the coordination of tenant move-ins/outs.

What You Bring

  • One (1) year of experience in property management administration;
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (i.e. rent collection, accounts receivable, etc.);
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team, building strong relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders;
  • Meticulous organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written and superior attention to detail;
  • Responsive, with a strong ability to anticipate needs, think critically and deliver on commitments within an expected timeframe;
  • Working knowledge of Yardi will be considered an asset.

Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.

$5,870 - $80,700 CAD
