The Cluster Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic marketing vision, execution, and performance optimization across a diverse portfolio of 6 hotels located across Canada. This role develops and drives integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase awareness, and deliver measurable revenue growth across multiple markets. The Cluster Marketing Manager acts as a key commercial leader, collaborating closely with property General Managers, Regional Leadership, Revenue Management, and Ownership to align marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives and profitability targets. This role can be based anywhere within Canada and has an expected salary range of 95-115K annually.
