The team consists of one full-time admin staff member who works closely with Social Workers, Child & Youth Mental Health Workers, Resource Workers, and the Director of Operations. Known for their strong communication and teamwork, this established team is deeply committed to their shared goal of supporting vulnerable individuals and families. New team members can expect a collaborative environment where staff work together to accomplish administrative tasks and contribute meaningfully to the delivery of social services in rural communities.
This administrative position is responsible for a range of administrative duties, including records management and providing day-to-day support to service delivery staff. A key part of the role also includes assisting clients both over the phone and in person, helping assess their needs and directing them appropriately. Working in a rural community, this position plays an important part in ensuring that vulnerable children, youth, and families receive timely and effective support. It’s a meaningful opportunity for candidates who are passionate about public service and making a difference in their community.

There is one (1) permanent position located in Ashcroft. This position requires full-time, in-person work at the Ashcroft location.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary, part-time and/or permanent vacancies in Ashcroft,Lillooet, and Merritt.
A Criminal Record Check (CRC) and Criminal Record Review Act Check (CRRA) will be required.
