The Administrative team in our Victoria office includes one Administrative Team Leader and three Administrative Assistants who provide essential support to both internal staff and clients. Working within the Services to Adults Division, the team plays an important role in delivering services that help vulnerable adults navigate complex personal, financial, and legal decisions. The Administrative Assistant will provide a wide range of administrative support services to the branch including receiving, reviewing and validating incoming submissions, composing correspondence and other written materials, researching and summarizing client file information, opening and distributing mail and providing general advice and service to clients, family members, stakeholders and the general public.

Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 1 dayat home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
