A leading workplace safety organization in Canada is seeking a Clinical Specialist Nurse to provide care and support for workers injured at work. In this role, you will develop clinical care plans, support recovery, and engage with various stakeholders. Our claims management team provides care and support to people who have been injured at work. As a registered nurse working as a Clinical Specialist Nurse with the claims team, you'll partner with people who have been seriously injured at work or diagnosed with a potentially fatal occupational disease, their families, hospital staff, physicians, and community agencies to develop clinical care plans.
Your work will involve a broad range of services, from hospital discharge planning to coordinating in‑home care. Salary: $54.41 - $56.55 hourly
