Position Overview

The Clinical Report QA Specialist ensures the accuracy, clarity, and clinical integrity of psychological assessment reports. This role focuses on validating data relevance, confirming test reliability, documenting trends, and identifying quality issues that may impact customers. Working closely with clinical and product teams, you will help maintain high standards in psychological reporting and support continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Review and verify psychological assessment reports for accuracy, coherence, and adherence to clinical standards.
  • Integrate data from interviews, testing results, observations, and other clinical sources.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure reports are clinically relevant and effectively supported.
  • Monitor product quality using customer feedback and subject matter expert insights.
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and risks affecting report quality or customer experience.
  • Document QA processes, findings, and known issues to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards related to psychological assessments.
Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary education in psychology, mental health, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bilingualism is an asset and may be required for select roles.
  • Experience with psychometric testing or psychological assessment tools is an asset.

  • Strong understanding of psychological assessment processes, test interpretation, and report writing.
