Job summary

Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness in Toronto is seeking a full-time Client Experience Representative for our Downtown Corktown location to provide exceptional client service and maintain a high-quality clinic experience. You will handle inquiries, bookings, payments, and support billing, reporting, and accounts receivable while leading a small client experience team and assisting the clinic director.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in gym/fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, collections and email communication is a plus.
• Flexibility to work mornings starting at 7:50am and afternoons until 4:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client interactions and bookings.
• Manage payments and reconcile accounts.
• Provide weekly clinic statistics and reporting.
• Oversee accounts receivable and support the clinic director with reporting.
• Train and supervise the client experience team.
• Assist with billing activities and administrative tasks.
• Promote health care services and onsite marketing events.
• Maintain a positive, engaging clinic atmosphere.
