Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness is hiring for a Client Experience Representative job in Toronto, Ontario, based at our Corktown location at King and River. This full-time, in-person role is the first point of contact for our clients, and it's built for someone who thrives in a busy, on-your-feet clinic environment and wants to build real administrative, leadership, and managerial skills within the health and wellness industry. You'll play a key part in client relations, billing support, reporting, and team coordination, all while helping shape a positive, energetic clinic culture.
Foundation is a Toronto-based physiotherapy practice, owned and led by practicing Canadian physiotherapists, and the team is built around the idea that ownership creates better clinicians and better client experiences alike. Client Experience Representatives here are onboarded through a structured curriculum covering clinical operations, business fundamentals, caseload coordination, and communication skills, with ongoing mentorship and leadership development built into the path forward. There are clear pathways for growth, and the practice invests directly in the people who take on more responsibility, whether that means leading a front-desk team, taking on billing systems, or eventually stepping into a management-track role within the clinic.
Beyond individual growth, you'll be joining a clinic with a strong digital presence and an established client base, backed by a skilled administrative team and private treatment rooms that keep the client experience personal even on a busy day. Foundation is also active in the Toronto community, supporting local sports and wellness events, which means the client relationships you build often extend beyond a single visit. It's a setting where the front desk isn't an afterthought; it's treated as core to how the clinic runs and how clients experience the practice.
Day to day, you'll deliver in-person and telephone client service, manage bookings, inquiries, payments, and front desk operations, and process billing, invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation. You'll maintain accounts receivable, prepare and submit weekly clinic performance reports, and provide direct administrative and billing support to the Clinic Director. Beyond the front desk, you'll lead, train, and oversee the client experience team, promote and educate clients on physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic services, and wellness products, and help with onsite marketing initiatives and company promotions. This role suits someone who's detail-oriented, an engaging communicator on the phone and in person, and comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing track of the details, whether that background comes from gym and fitness, retail, or hospitality settings.
Compensation:If you're looking for a client-facing role with a real path into leadership, we'd love to hear from you. Foundation invests in the people who show up ready to take ownership of the client experience, and that same philosophy shapes how this role is set up to grow. Bring your service background and your organizational strengths, and we'll bring the training, mentorship, and structure to help you build a career here.
