The position is full-time, with a salary range of CAD 70,000 to CAD 75,000 annually, and requires a Bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant experience, emphasizing strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Applicable Adjuster Licensing is preferred.
• Two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries.
• Identify new opportunities and cross-sell services to support business growth.
• Attend client meetings as required (e.g., performance reviews, stewardship).
• Assist with development of stewardship reports and loss runs as needed.
