CMB Insurance Brokers in Canada is seeking a Client Service Representative to support Account Managers in servicing client requests. You will handle inquiries, prepare documents, and uphold brand standards while using industry software such as Acturis and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an insurance environment or professional business environment would be considered an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in a team environment in a customer service position.
• Experience with Agency Manager, Microsoft Office Suite, Compu Quote or comparable systems.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email and fax with proactive service.
• Prepare correspondence, endorsements, invoices, and loss notices.
• Update Acturis and assist with schedules & new business submissions.
• Maintain, organize, and file client records (digital and paper).
• Light office duties as assigned.
• Attend team meetings and company functions.
