Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an insurance environment or professional business environment would be considered an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in a team environment in a customer service position.
• Experience with Agency Manager, Microsoft Office Suite, Compu Quote or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email and fax with proactive service.
• Prepare correspondence, endorsements, invoices, and loss notices.
• Update Acturis and assist with schedules & new business submissions.
• Maintain, organize, and file client records (digital and paper).
• Light office duties as assigned.
• Attend team meetings and company functions.
