A prominent Canadian university is seeking a Client Experience - Office Assistant to provide customer support within the athletics and recreation department. Responsibilities include greeting customers, responding to inquiries via calls and emails, and assisting with membership sales. Athletics & Recreation
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Client Experience - Office Assistant will be expected to provide general assistance and customer service support in the Client Experience office. Responsibilities will include information distribution, membership sales and general customer service inquiries.
Possible weekend shifts may be required depending on the schedule.
