Job summary

CIBC in Winkler, Manitoba is seeking a Client Engagement Associate to support clients with everyday banking needs. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, and guide clients through digital options while connecting them to the right team members for tailored solutions.

The role is on-site, temporary, with evenings/weekends possible, and requires a flexible approach to work across nearby banking centres within travel distance.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location.
• Willing to travel between banking centres within a reasonable distance.
• Temporary role with 15 hours per week on-site in Winkler.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with transactions and guide them through digital banking.
• Sell basic banking products and refer to specialists when needed.
• Support client relationships and contribute to the bank centre's success.
• Provide first-line support and answer client questions.
