CIBC in Napanee is seeking a Client Service Representative to support clients with day-to-day banking needs in a fast-paced Banking Center. You will be the first line of contact, helping clients with transactions and connecting them to the right specialists, while working on-site full-time.

You’ll engage clients, solve problems, and promote mobile banking tools to enhance their financial experience. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends to serve the community.

Qualifications

• Strong client-service mindset with clear communication.
• Ability to assist clients with transactions and explain products clearly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and willing to travel between Napanee and nearby centres.

Responsibilities
