You’ll assist clients with transactions, answer questions, and connect them with the right team members to reach their financial goals. This on-site role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and travel to nearby centres.

You’ll be trusted to engage clients, resolve issues, and promote digital banking tools while maintaining a high standard of service and empathy for diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to guide clients to the right banking products or teams.
• Comfort using mobile banking apps and digital tools.
