We are currently looking for a Billing Clerk to join our Finance team, reporting to the Senior Business Analyst you will join a team of Finance professionals at our Halifax location.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Billing Clerk will be accountable for processing customer billing information, analyzing billing data and providing resolution to billing issues.
  • You will be accountable for updating and maintenance of specific reporting data in a timely manner. Good judgment, initiative, confidentiality, work ethic, and the ability to meet deadlines are of prime importance.
  • You will be required to perform at a high level of competency and independence.
  • You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of your co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of two years of experience in office administration and billing.
  • Proficient with data entry and various Microsoft packages (Excel/Word/Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, working to a high standard. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Extremely organized with a strong ability to multi-task. Able to take initiative and troubleshoot both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written and computer) are required.
  • Demonstrate commitment to personal development.
