Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning and risk management to support growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate opportunities and drive profitability.
• Develop and mentor finance teams, building strong systems and processes.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to foster collaboration and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven senior leadership experience in finance, preferably as a CFO or equivalent role.
