Job summary

Raise is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to drive change for an Enterprise Asset Management program in Oshawa. You will own stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training support, readiness, and adoption, partnering with leaders to minimize disruption and maximize end-user uptake.

Responsibilities include leading assessments, managing change plans, monitoring risks, supporting leadership alignment, facilitating engagement sessions, and reporting on progress

Qualifications

• University degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience leading change management for large transformations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and readiness assessment.
• Training support, communications, facilitation and executive advisory services.
• Experience with enterprise asset management or complex enterprise system implementations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for an Enterprise Asset Management program.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, readiness, communications, training, and adoption.
• Develop and monitor change plans, track risks, and report progress to leadership.
• Facilitate engagement sessions and provide executive advisory support as needed.
• Collaborate with business leaders and project teams to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
