Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting PMO activities, transformation projects or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders; familiarity with finance/asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and reporting of enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare materials for Steering Committee, Executive and governance forums; develop presentations and status reports.
• Engage stakeholders across business, technology and operations; manage communications with partners and vendors.
• Develop deliverables such as business cases and benefits realization frameworks; track KPIs and governance artifacts.
• Support change management activities with communications, training materials and readiness initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance, reporting, and program management processes.
