Tangerine is seeking a Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management to lead end-to-end OCM strategies for complex enterprise transformations. You will partner with leaders across Tangerine and third parties to build readiness, accelerate adoption, and measure outcomes, shaping how the company navigates new ways of working.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of change management experience with transformational execution.
5+ years of strategy and change execution experience.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver end-to-end OCM strategies for enterprise transformation.
Translate objectives into practical roadmaps and accelerate implementation.
Lead readiness, stakeholder mapping, and risk identification.
Design change plans spanning communications, learning, leadership engagement.
Define success measures and provide executive-ready reporting.
