Job summary

Cognizant Consulting in Toronto seeks a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead change workstreams across enterprise transformations and drive adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies.

You will partner with program leaders and client stakeholders, develop stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies, assess change impact, and guide risk mitigation to ensure project success.

Qualifications

About The Role

As a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading change management workstreams across enterprise transformation programs and driving successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team, partnering with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead and support end-to-end change management activities across large-scale transformation programs.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• 6–8+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience working within program or project management environments and leading workstreams.
• Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills.

Total Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 CAN - $128,000 CAN depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
