As a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading change management workstreams across enterprise transformation programs and driving successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team, partnering with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring minimum 3 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Ontario. The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 CAN - $128,000 CAN depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
