Job summary

Senior Change Manager / OCM Lead sought to support a major modernization initiative in Canada. You will lead change management, readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption, and transition-to-operations to ensure successful implementation and sustained use of the solution.

A key aspect is guiding AI-enabled tool usage to improve engagement, training, and reporting while ensuring privacy, security, accessibility, and alignment with government standards.

Qualifications

• Organizational Change Management experience on multi-year government/public-sector initiatives.
• Experience developing change management strategies, readiness plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication plans.
• Ability to develop stakeholder materials (newsletters, FAQs, user guides, presentations).

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated change management and business readiness strategy aligned to milestones.
• Develop readiness plans, schedules, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
• Create and maintain stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
