The Organizational Change Management Lead will lead change management activities for an Enterprise Asset Management program, with accountability for stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, training support, readiness, and adoption. The role will work closely with business and program leaders to develop and implement change strategies that support successful transformation, minimize disruption, and improve end-user adoption. Responsibilities include leading assessments, managing change plans, monitoring risks and readiness, supporting leadership alignment, facilitating engagement sessions, and reporting on progress, issues, and outcomes. The role will be in-office at our client’s Corporate Headquarters, with travel to Nuclear or RG office locations as required.
