Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking an experienced OCM Project Manager to drive organizational change management for key initiatives in a fully remote role based in Toronto, Ontario.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of project management experience, a strong change-management background, and a proven track record presenting to mid- and senior-level leadership. Retail experience is strongly preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in retail environments strongly preferred.
• Proven experience presenting to mid- to senior-level leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management (OCM) strategy and execution for key projects and initiatives.
• Develop change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communications, and training strategies.
• Partner with project teams to align change management activities with overall project timelines.
• Assess change impacts and readiness across affected teams and business units.
• Present project updates, plans, and change impacts to mid- to senior-level leadership teams.
• Identify risks related to adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support training development and delivery to ensure successful adoption of new processes/systems.
• Measure and report on change management effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
