Primary Objective:

YFC Canada exists to see "every young person living fully in Christ." At Change Conference, a ministry of YFC Canada, our vision is for every youth in Canada to hear, respond to, and live out the message of Jesus in their lives. Change Conference currently serves every province and territory in Canada and engages with over 15 thousand youth and youth leaders.

The Change Conference Customer Service Representative with Change Conference will assist with promotion and communication related to Change Conference, execution of Change Conference promotional plan, and assist with day-to-day office functions, providing detailed reporting. Establish relationships within the Christian community on behalf of Change Conference and communicate effectively.

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 2

POSITION TYPE: Summer Staff (20 hours/week)

DATES: May 19, 2025 - August 22, 2025

PAY RATE: $18/hour

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

SPIRITUAL & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

1. Is a faithful and a contributing member of a local church.
2. Prays for and with the YFC Canada Team.
3. Spends time in spiritual reflection and development.

SUPPORT OPERATIONS & ENGAGEMENT

1. Execution of promotional plan for Change Conference Toronto, Ottawa and Alberta.
2. Responsible for calling/emailing and respective correspondence for all provinces and territories.
3. Research new churches in Canada, adding names and contacts to the database accurately.
4. Assist with establishing good relationships and noting/recording key area leaders.
5. Assist with event registration and data management procedures for Change Conference.
6. Assist with volunteer organization and recruitment as needed.
7. Perform database maintenance and schedule sorting and confirmation of contacts, re-engagement letters, unresponsive contacts, incorrect emails, etc.
8. Liaise with the community to gather giveaways and free resources for the events.
9. Establish important business partnerships on behalf of Change Conference.
10. Administrative tasks relating to the planning of events and programs for 2025/26 and other responsibilities as assigned.

PARTNER DEVELOPMENT

1. Gather financial and prayer support for Change Conference. Raise $2500 towards the Ministry of Change Conference.
2. Build a base of prayer partners and keep them updated through regular communications and prayer requests.
